DELIGHTFUL DAISY One Sheet Wonder Project

I love daisies!!!!  I was excited to see the DELIGHTFUL DAISY SUITE in the new annual catalog.  The products in this suite are AMAZING but the Designer Series Paper took my breath away.  WOW!! The thought of cutting into those beautiful pieces of paper made my anxiety level go sky high.  "I can't waste this. It's too nice."  So I did some research and found an amazing download created by Michele Boyer at craftsy.com.  It's easy to do and you will love the cards the template makes.  Here's how it works.  Choose a piece of 12 by 12 Designer Series Paper.  It's best if the paper has no specific directionality (the paper can be placed on the card in any direction). I chose the gorgeous DELIGHTFUL DAISY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER and the DELIGHTFULL DAISY CARDSTOCK PACK for the card bases and embellishment.  Get out your paper trimmer and carefully cut using the following template.

One Sheet Wonder Template

My paper looked like this after cutting.

Then I matched them up with the card bases according to the template.  You need to use the cardstock pack and cut out 7 POOL PARTY bases and 7 CALYPSO CORAL bases.

For some of the cards I used some OLD OLIVE cardstock to layer under the DSP.  For some cards, I adhered the DSP directly to the card base. It's your choice.  Here are my cards with the DSP adhered.

Then it was time to make daisies.  Using the DELIGHTFUL DAISY Stamp Set, I stamped the daisy image 24 times to make 12 flowers.  6 on WHISPER WHITE with CALYPSO CORAL ink, 6 on WHISPER WHITE with POOL PARTY ink, 6 on CALYPSO CORAL with CALYPSO CORAL ink and finally 6 on POOL PARTY with POOL PARTY ink.  Using the DAISY PUNCH, I punched all the daisy images, glued the pairs together and adhered a GOLD FACETED GEM to the center of each.  Using the THANK YOU sentiment from the set and a number of sentiments from other Stampin' Up sets, I placed sentiments and flowers on each, leaving two blank to use as general note cards.  Here are the finished products,  I LOVE THEM AND SO EASY.
