CREATE AN ADORABLE FUN FOLD EASTER CARD featuring the SPRINGTIME JOY Stamp Set and the HYDRANGEA HILL DSP

It's SPRING and only a few more weeks until Easter.  The SPRINGTIJME JOY Stamp Set has been a favorite for me so I thought I'd use it to make this adorable EASTER FUN FOLD CARD.

 

For the card base, start with a piece of ROCOCCO ROSE card stock measuring 4-1/4in by 11in.  Score on the LONG SIDE at 4-1/4in and 5-1/2in.  Crease all the score lines and use adhesive on the 1-1/4in section of the card to the back of the card base.  Cut two pieces of HYDRANGEA HILL DSP, cut at 4in by 4in and 4in by 1-1/8in.  Adhere them to your card front as shown.

Using the STITCHED SHAPES DIES, cut out the largest circle in BLUSHING BRIDE card stock.  Stamp the Easter sentiment from the SPRINGTIME JOY Stamp Set in MEMENTO BLACK INK in the top half of the circle. 

On a piece of BASIC WHITE card stock, stamp the bunny and basket image using MEMENTO BLACK INK.  Color the images using ROCOCCO ROSE, SOFT SEAFOAM, CRUMB CAKE, HIGHLAND HEATHER, SO SAFFRON, PETAL PINK and OLD OLIVE BLENDS.  Fussy cut the images out and adhere them to the card front using DIMENSIONALS.  For the flowers on the card front, I used the PIERCED BLOOMS DIES, cutting the flowers our of ROCOCCO ROSE card stock and the leaves out of SOFT SEAFOAM.  

Adhere them at the top right hand side of the circle as shown and embellish with PEARLS.  Tie a piece of CRINKLED SEAM BINDING around the top of the card.

For the FUN FOLD inside, start with a piece of the same or coordinating DSP cut at 6in by 6in.  Fold in half both ways and point to point both ways and crease with your BONE FOLDER.  Fold it together to form squares on the top and bottom and adhere to the inside of the card.  Next, cut a STITCHED CIRCLE in BASIC WHITE and a coordinating scallop in ROCOCCO ROSE card stock.  Stamp the sentiment on the circle using MEMENTO BLACK INK, adhere it to the scallop and put it on the inside of the FUN FOLD panel at the top using DIMENSIONALS.  Finally, adhere a square of BASIC WHITE card stock at 2-3/4in by 2-3/4in.
