Fun Candy Corn Treat Box using COME TO GATHER

There are two kind of people.  Those who LOVE candy corn and those who HATE it.  I'm proud to be a candy corn lover and this season you can get every kind of candy corn you could possibly dream of.  I'm a traditional candy corn connoisseur.  My favorite is the Brach's brand, made with real honey.  Mmmmmmm.  I have friends that appreciate my passion so I thought it would be great if I could make them a fun gift celebrating our love of candy corn.  Below is the finished project.  I kinda love it.

I used the amazing COME TO GATHER SUITE, the perfect suite for the season.  The stamps and dies scream FALL and the Designer Series Paper and coordinating embellishments is beautiful.

Start with a piece of MERRY MERLOT card stock cut at 8-1/2in by 7-3/4in.  On the long side, score at 3/4in.  On the short side, score at 3/4in, 3-1/2in, 4-1/4in, 7in.  Turn the cardstock back to the long side with the 3/4in score to the left on the SIMPLY SCORED SCORING BOARD.  Score down to the second score line at the 3-3/4in mark.  Below is a picture of the template, showing areas that need to be removed with your scissors.
