The last week of butterfly projects is finally here!! I have loved creating with the BUTTERFLY KISSES SUITE. It's beautiful images and bright color palate make amazing projects so easy.
These fun MINI SLIMLINE CARDS are quick and easy to make. Start with a piece of 6 by 6 from the suite's Designer Series Paper Pack. Score at 3in on either side. Fold in half to create your mini slimline card base. For the inside panel of the card, cut a panel of BASIC WHITE card stock at 2-3/4in by 5-3/4in. Adhere inside.
For the front of the card, cut a strip of FRESH FRESIA card stock at 2in by 6in, stamp the ALL THE LOVE sentiment in STARRY SKY INK on the far right of the strip and adhere it in the center on the front of the card.
Next, add two 2-1/8in squares of BASIC WHITE card stock as shown in the picture. Create two butterflies using DSP for both sets of wings, coordinating card stock overlays and bodies. Adhere using DIMENSIONALS and carefully fold the wings forward to create some depth. Use a small business envelope to send these cards. They fit perfectly.
The butterflies from the mini slimline cards can also be used for these cute little BUTTERFLY LIP BALMS. They could be used as a small gift for a friend or as a topper for a gift box. Be creative and colorful.
