It's WEEK #3 of my DAISY CRAZY SERIES featuring the bright and cheerful FRESH AS A DAISY SUITE. This week I've created the SKINNY MILK CARTON TREAT BOX, perfect for candy or any other small treat you'd like to gift to a friend. I love every part of this suite. The bundle of course has great images, sentiments with coordinating dies and the designer series paper is to die for. Check out my two previous blog posts for more ideas.
To create this box, start with a piece of EARLY ESPRESSO card stock cut at 9-1/2in by 6-1/2in. On the LONG side, score at 1/2in, 3-1/2in, 5in and 8in. On the SHORT
side, score at 1-1/2in, 4-3/4in and 5-3/4in.
After
cutting away the excess card stock your box should look like the template
below.
Cut six pieces
of coordinating DSP. Two at 2-3/4in by
3in, two at 1-1/4in by 3in and two at 3/4in by 2-3/4in. Before assembling the box, adhere the DSP
panels using TOMBOW.
Assemble
the box using liquid glue. Squeeze together the top panels and punch two holes
using a 1/8in punch. Use ribbon from the
SHEER RIBBON COMBO PACK to close the box.
Don’t forget to add the candy first.
Stamp the
small daisy image using MEMENTO BLACK INK and the center image using CRUSHED CURRY
INK. Cut out the flower using the
coordinating die. In addition, using
GARDEN GREEN card stock, cut out a set of small leaves using the large daisy grouping
die. Lastly, die cut the label using
LEMON LOLLY card stock. Stamp the
sentiment on the label die cut using GARDEN GREEN INK.
Place the
label at the bottom right of the treat box using STAMPIN DIMENSIONALS. Glue the leaves on to the back of the daisy
and place that on the left side of the label using DIMENSIONALS and a little
glue.

This DAISY CRAZY SERIES has been such fun. I have one more set of projects to share before we say goodbye to the FRESH AS A DAISY SUITE. Come back next week for another fun crafting share. I hope you are inspired to take time to be creative yourself.
Keep on Stampin,
