A HAND SANITIZER HOLDER & COORDINATING CARD featuring the ALL ABOUT AUTUMN SUITE

There's a feeling of fall in the air here in South Carolina.  The temps and the humidity have made for amazing weather in the last few days.  I've always loved this time of year and the offerings from this year's Stampin Up Mini Catalog really show off all the reasons why.  My projects in this blog post were created using the ALL ABOUT AUTUMN SUITE.

The AUTUMN LEAVES BUNDLE in this suite includes a "leafy" photopolymer stamp set with some lovely seasonal sentiments.  The coordinating dies, cut out the stamped images and create a variety of smaller embossed leaf dies.

The 12in by 12in DSP is the star of this suite.  One side of the paper is photographic, with pictures of autumn scenes, pumpkins, knitted sweaters and more.  The reverse sides had beautiful copper foil accents.

The offerings from the suite allow you to add some beautiful finishing touches with the NATURAL & COPPER RIBBON COMBO PACK and the SELF ADHESIVE SPECKLED DOTS.

The 3D project is a HAND SANITIZER HOLDER and this design is a quick go to to any occasion.

For the holder, start with a piece of COPPER CLAY card stock measuring 4-3/4in by 3-3/4in.  On the SHORT side, score at 1in and 2-3/4in.  On the LONG side, score at 1in and 2in.  Crease and fold on the score lines.  While holding in the panel in portrait position cut in from both sides to release the 1in square tabs.  Apply TOMBOW, fold up the bottom and secure.

Cut a 3/4in strip of the sweater DSP, wrap it around the base and secure it in the back.  Add a panel of DSP measuring 1-5/8in by 2-5/8in to the inside back of the box. For the decorative tag, cut a 1-1/2in circle of copper foiled DSP. Stamp the sentiment on a 5/8in strip of VERY VANILLA card stock.  Die cut a CRUSHED CURRY maple leaf, a PUMPKIN PIE oak leaf and a MOODY MAUVE leaf and assemble pieces on the circle as shown.  I used DIMENSIONALS for the sentiment and the front leaf.  Add circle to the front of the box with DIMENSIONALS.

For the card, start with a piece of CRUMB CAKE card stock measuring 11in by 5-1/2in.  Using the oak leaf image, stamp randomly all over the panel using CRUMB CAKE ink.  On the LONG side, score at 1-3/4in, 3-1/2in, 5-1/4in and 7in.  For the Z-fold, cut a panel of COPPER CLAY card stock at 6in by 3in and score on the LONG side at 3in.  Fold up both panels and crease the score lines.  Attach the small panel to the accordion fold panel using TOMBOW.

On the Z-fold panel attach two pieces of DSP measuring 2-7/8in by 2-7/8in to each section.  On the inside of the card, layer a 3-1/4in by 4-1/2in piece of VERY VANILLA and a 3-1/2in by 4-3/4in piece of COPPER CLAY card stock.  Add to the inside of the card.  Stamp a CRUMB CAKE oak leaf image to the inside and stamp the sentiment in EARLY ESPRESS ink.

Close the card and add a VERY VANILLA label die stamped with the sentiment and CRUSHED CURRY maple leaf die to the front of the card as shown.  Finish with a BASIC BLACK Baker's Twine bow.
