Who doesn't love HERSHEY NUGGETS? This project is popular for every occasion. For the Spring Craft Shows, I used the Stampin' Up CUPCAKES & CAROUSELS Designer Series Paper and the BASKET BUNCH BUNDLE. What's so nice about Stampin' Up Designer Series Paper Stacks is that each and every beautiful design coordinates with each other. It was easy choosing pieces for wrapping the nuggets. I used glue dots to adhere the 1 in by 3 in. strip of DSP. I used SO SAFFRON cardstock for the nugget tray cut at 2 1/4 in by 5 in. I scored at 7/8 in from each end on the short side to create the sides. I then adhere five nuggets to the tray using glue dots. I then slip the try into a pretzel bag, available at any craft store in the candy making section. I used the LAYERING CIRCLE FRAMELITS to create the tag and the BASKET BUNCH BUNDLE to make the bunny. I colored him using the new WATERCOLOR PENCILS. I used baker's twine to tie it all together. Cute and YUMMY.
My next project is an adorable chocolate treat box, holding three yummy DOVE chocolates. You will need to use your ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD to make this. I got my inspiration for this project from a video by BEAUTY AND THE STAMPER. Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper at 4 1/2 in by 4 1/2 in. Using your Envelope Punch Board, place paper at 1/2 in, PUNCH and SCORE. Turn the paper 1/4 of a turn and line up the score line you made to the little pointer on the board, PUNCH and SCORE. Continue until all sides are done. Round all your corners using the corner rounder on the board. Using your snips, cut off about 1/2 in by cutting off the corners of the larger flaps. Crease all your score lines then adhere the three DOVE chocolates in the rectangular area. Fold in the small flaps first, then fold in the larger flaps. Secure the box by wrapping a ribbon around the box and tying a bow. Use your favorite sentiment, your 1 in circle punch and your 1 1/4 in scallop punch to finish the project. I glued the tag on at the center of the bow using TOMBOW. So quick and easy.
