Quick and Easy Fold Flat Lunch Bag Style Gift Bags with Note Cards- Perfect for Holiday Gift Giving

Gift giving during the holiday season can be a bit stressful.  How many times have you received a gift from a friend or acquaintance you weren't expecting?  Me too.  I have learned that the best way to eliminate that stress is to plan ahead.  My solution is to create a set of Fold Flat Lunch Bag Style Gift Bag with coordinating Mini Note cards and have them ready for such a situation.  These bags and cards are easy to store and will eliminate the last minute rush.  I buy small gifts like hand lotions, lip balms, and hand soaps when they are on sale.  I keep them with my wrapping materials so the gifts can be quickly put together.

To make the lunch bag, you start with a piece of your favorite DSP, cut at 12in by 8in.  Start by scoring on the short side at 2in.  Be sure the score is along the end that you want to be the bottom of your bag.  On the long side, score at 2in, 5-3/4in, 7-3/4in and 11-1/2in.  On that same side, make partial scores at 1in and 6-3/4in down to the 5in mark on the vertical scale.  The Mini Note Cards are 3in by 3in and have coordinating envelopes.

Below is the video tutorial that shows how to put the bag and mini note card together.
