Mother's Day is just around the corner and this card folio is a great gift for the special ladies in your life. I used the BEAUTIFUL FRIENDSHIP stamp set from the Annual Catalog. The floral images are beautiful and with the new INKspiration technology, stampers can get a shaded image with just one stamp. The set includes roses and hydrangea images.
I worked on the folio first. I started with a piece of WHISPER WHITE card stock measuring 10-1/2in by 9-1/2in. On the LONG side, score at 6in and the SHORT side at 4-3/4in. Using your BONE FOLDER, fold and crease on the score lines. Cut from the lower center score line to bot outside score lines to form a triangle in the center of the folio.
The panel on the front of the folio has three layers. The first layer is GORGEOUS GRAPE card stock cut at 4-1/2in by 5-3/4in. That panel is adhered to a 4-1/4in by 5-1/2in piece of GRANNY APPLE GREEN. The stamping is done on the WHISPER WHITE panel, cut at 4in by 5-1/4in. Those layers are adhered together using TOMBOW LIQUID GLUE and after adhering a piece of GRANNY APPLE GREEN TEXTURED WEAVE RIBBON to the front of the folio using TEAR 'N TAPE, place the completed panel on the front using DIMENSIONALS.
