The Wexford Stamper's Halloween Series Project #2- Mini Lunch Bag Treat Holder

For Project #2, I created this fun treat pouch.  It uses a portion of a small treat bag, similar to a lunch bag.  I bought black treat bags at Michael's.  The link below shows the product.

Small treat bags

For the base of the treat pouch, I used a piece of BASIC BLACK card stock cut at 8-1/8in by 3-3/4in.  On the LONG side, I scored at 1-5/8in, 2-1/8in, 4-7/8in and 5-1/8in.  For the panels, use a coordinating piece of paper from the MAGIC IN THIS NIGHT Designer Series Paper Pack.  Cut the panels at 2-1/4in by 3-1/2in and 1-3/8in by 3-1/2in.  I cut a 2-1/2in strip of one of the small treat bags to use inside the pouch.

To make the label on the front of the pouch, I used the STITCHED RECTANGLES DIES and cut a WHISPER WHITE and a BASIC BLACK rectangle to be layered on the front.  As with the first project, I used the GHOULISH GOODIES Stamp Set, this time the scary cat.

I stamped the cat on a scrap piece of WHISPER WHITE, fussy cut it out and adhered it to the left side of the label.  I also stamped the sentiment on the label.  I used BLACK AND WHITE BAKER'S TWINE to tie the pouch closed.  The video tutorial below shows how the treat pouch came together.
