Week #2 is here and I've got some more great projects to share with you to get you in the "beachy" mood. Just like last week, I'll be using the BY THE BAY SUITE. What an amazing group of products.
For the fun fold card, start with a piece of MINT MACARON card stock cut at 4-1/4in by 8in and score at 5-1/2in on the LONG side. Fold and crease the card base with the larger panel at the top and folding up the bottom one. Adhere a piece of the DSP, measuring 4in by 5-1/4in to the larger panel. Fold up the smaller panel and adhere a piece of DSP measuring 4in by 2-1/4in.
For the inner panel, start with a piece of MINT MACARON card stock cut at 3in by 8-1/2in and scored at 4-1/4in on the LONG side. Fold and crease then adhere a piece of BASIC WHITE card stock measuring 2-3/4in by 4in to the inside. Then adhere the folded panel on the card front, centering it so there is an equal amount of DSP showing behind it. Fold up the bottom panel and close the center panel.
On the front of the center panel, adhere a piece of DSP measuring 2-3/4in by 4in. For the sentiment, use a STITCHED SQUARE DIE measuring 2-7/8in by 7/8in. Stamp the sentiment to the right side using NIGHT OF NAVY INK. For embellishments, cut a scrap of CRUMB CAKE card stock using the small sea grass die. Finish with a MINT MACARON card stock shell, cut using the shell die. Adhere the dies on the rectangle using TOMBOW then place it on the card front using DIMENSIONALS.
The beautiful gift box measures 4-1/8in by 4-1/8in by 3-5/8in and has a reinforced top edge to add to its sturdiness. It's quite large and can hold lots of goodies.
For the box, start with two pieces of MINT MACARON card stock cut at 8-3/4in by 8-1/2in. On the LONG side, score at 4-1/8in and 8-1/4in. On the SHORT side, score at 4-1/8in and 7-3/4in. Your box panels should look like the picture below after panels are creased and excess card stock is cut away.
For the lid, start with a piece of CRUMB CAKE card stock measuring 8-1/8in by 8-1/8in. Score at 1in and 2in on ALL FOUR SIDES. Cut apart the corner tabs and cut away excess. Before assembling, adhere a coordinating piece of DSP measuring 3-7/8in by 3-7/8in. Slide lid on top of the box
To make the tag, cut out 3-1/4in tag out of CRUMB CAKE card stock using the TAILOR MADE TAGS DIES. Using the sandpiper die, cut out the image from the DSP. Adhere to tag using DIMENSIONALS. Finally, on a 1-inch circle, stamp the sentiment in NIGHT OF NAVY INK. Place it on the tag with DIMENSIONALS.
