For both of these projects, I used the THEM BONES SUITE of amazing products. It will be available in September in the Mini Catalog September-December 2023.
To create the treat box, start with a piece of PUMPKIN PIE card stock, measuring 6in by 8-3/4in. On the LONG side, score at 1in, 4in, 5in and 8in. On the SHORT side, score at 1/2in, 1-1/2in, 4-1/2in and 5-1/2in. Your box should look like the template below after cutting away the excess card stock.
Before assembling the box, take a corner rounder and round the four square corners of the box. Next adhere a 2-7/8in by 2-7/8in piece of DSP to the top flap of the box. Place TOMBOW on all for small flaps and adhere to create the box.
With a 2in circle punch or die (you would have to die cut the hole before assembling), cut a hole in the center of the box flap. Using the STARRY SKY INCOLOR RIBBON, wrap a piece around the lid near the hinge and tie a bow on the right side. Place the mini moon pie in the box and close the flap.
For the embellishments, die cut a tombstone using SMOKY SLATE card stock and stamp the sentiment on it using SMOKY SLATE INK. To help it fit a bit better on the box, cut about 1/2in off the bottom.
Cut out a small piece of grass using PRETTY PEACOCK card stock and the grass die, attach it to the base of the tombstone and trim the ends. Finally, stamp the cat image in SMOKY SLATE INK and die cut it, placing at the left bottom corner on STAMPIN DIMENSIONALS.
For the card, start with a PUMPKIN PIE card base. Layer a piece of DSP on the card front measuring 4in by 5-1/4in. Cut a piece of STARRY SKY card stock measuring 2-3/4in by 4in and place it on the bottom left corner of the card front.
Using a 2in circle punch or die, cut out a GLOW IN THE DARK circle and place it on the card as shown. Die cut a tombstone using SMOKY SLATE and add the sentiment using SMOKY SLATE INK. Cut off about 1/2in as before. Add a small strip of grass using PRETTY PEACOCK card stock and the grass die. Adhere it to the card using STAMPIN' DIMENSIONALS
Stamp the cat image on a scrap of BASIC WHITE card stock and cut out using coordinating die. Place to the left of the tombstone as shown using STAMPIN DIMENSIONALS.
To embellish the card, I used the GLOW IN THE DARK BATS & GHOSTS and I tied a piece of the STARRY SKY RIBBON in the card fold.
