A Card and a Treat Box using the PARISIAN BLOSSOMS

I've never been to Paris but I love this suite.  The colors and the beautiful foil accents make it so easy to make lovely cards and gifts.  The Parisian Blossoms Suite has two bundles, both with amazing possibilities.  The FOREVER BLOSSOMS BUNDLE focuses on the wonderful flowers and the PARISIAN BEAUTY BUNDLE gives you the Eiffel Tower and some lovely script words.

And as always, the amazing PARISIAN BLOSSOMS SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER makes it easy to coordinate colors for a beautiful finished card.

For my card, I focused on the FOREVER BLOSSOMS BUNDLE, stamping the large flower image using MEMENTO INK, cutting out with the dies and coloring it using my PETAL PINK and OLD OLIVE BLENDS. I used two designs from the paper stack to make my card.  Using the large oval die from the STITCHED SHAPE DIES, I cut out the oval from the piece for the front panel and cut an oval from the other design to fit inside. I cut a 4in by 1/2in strip of POOL PARTY card stock and stamped the sentiment using MEMENTO BLACK INK.  I used POOL PARTY for my card base as well.  Both the flower and the sentiment are adhered using STAMPIN DIMENSIONALS.

My favorite treat box using the PARISIAN BLOSSOMS SUITE is the Merci Chocolates Treat Box.  This adorable little box holds three Merci Chocolates.  It's a quick and easy design that uses no adhesive to hold the box together.  You will need a piece of PETAL PINK CARD STOCK, cut at 7-3/8in by 5-1/4in.  Score on the long side at 1-3/4in, 2-1/8in, 5-1/4in and 5-5/8in.  On the short side, score at 1-1/8in, 1-1/2in, 3-3/4in and 4-1/8in.  You will also need three DSP panels cut at 2-7/8in by 2in and 2in by 1-1/2in (2 panels).  Watch the video tutorial below to see how I put the box together.

Here are a couple of my other 3D projects.  So easy to make beautiful gifts using this paper
