Check out my September 3rd blog post to see more details about this suite. I've always loved frogs and I could wait to find a way to use this adorable paper. So cute.
Project Instructions
1. Cut a 9 1/2in by 6in piece of Designer
Series Paper.
2. On the 6in side, score at 1in and
5in.
3. On the 9in side, score at 1 1/2in,
5in and 6in.
4. Crease all the score lines.
5. Holding the paper in the landscape
position, cut on all the vertical score lines up to the closest horizontal
score line. Cut off the two small rectangles
made by the 1 ½ in score line. This
piece will now be the panel that flaps over the pouch.
6. Use your PAPER SNIPS and wedge the
two small square flaps remaining to make it easier for them to fold into the
pouch.
7. Put Tear & Tape on the inside of
the rectangular flaps farthest from the fold over panel. Fold the box up and
adhere, putting the flaps closer to the top inside.
8. Gently squeeze the pouch to make
pleats on the sides. Fold over the top
panel and make two holes in the center using the 1/8th inch Circle
Punch.
9. Using a piece of glitter ribbon, tie
closed the pouch. Cut out a strip of Whisper
White card stock at 2 1/4in by 1 in and a strip of Granny Apple Green at 2 3/8in
by 1 in.
10. Using Memento ink, stamp the frog
image and the sentiment on the white strip, color in the frog using the Granny
Apple Green Stampin Blends Combo Pack.
Adhere it to the other strip using snail adhesive and then to the treat
pouch using dimensionals.
