My favorite image in the two-case stamp set is the beautiful magnolia flower. It was so easy to give the flower a realistic look by using my STAMPIN' BLENDS, the amazing alcohol markers from Stampin' Up. In the sample below, I used PETAL PINK, FLIRTY FLAMINGO and MOSSY MEADOW to color the image.
I tried something different on this card, using the RICH RAZZLEBERRY BLENDS for the flower.
The Designer Series Paper in this suite is some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. To show it off to my customers I made a cute handbag with a circle handle. The original idea is from HAPPY STAMP on YouTube. I adjusted the measurement a bit and used the paper from this suite.
Below is a video I made during a FB LIVE stream that shows measurements and directions, if you'd like to give it a try.
Designer Series Paper 8-1/2 in by 6 in (2 pieces)
Base 3 in by 6-1/2 in, score @ 1/2 in all sides
3/4 in by 5-1/2 in strips (2)
1/2 in by 8-1/2 in strips (2)
for the handles use the largest STITCHED CIRCLE DIE and
the 1/2 in smaller LAYERED CIRCLE DIE (2 of each)
Check back next week. I will be showing you a 4 in by 4 in lidded box using the same suite.
